I could not have asked for a better experience. I know nothing about home buying and needed to be hand held and lead along and that is exactly what Mr Hill did. He was patient with our decisions and didn’t push anything on us that we didn’t want. He laid out our options very openly and educated us along the way. From beginning to end he made it obvious that he had our best interests at heart. In dealing with different fields, I’m use to hearing “I’ll find out and get back to you” and then having to follow up days later. Mr Hill kept his word and got back to us, in many instances, the same day! We weren’t hassled or rushed and we were allowed the freedom to make decisions in our own time. We are very grateful that Mr Hill provided us with his services. I would gladly recommend him to any first time homebuyer or anyone with past experience in home buying.

Not all realtors are created equal, and as realtors go... Glenn is THE BEST!! We had very complex needs in finding a new home. Glenn was extremely knowledgeable and key to helping my family find the right property at a great price! Glenn did not just show us houses, but he used his knowledge of construction, zoning, and real estate to help us with our decision. He would often tell us: "Take a look around, and then I'll tell you my opinion... if you want to hear it." His input was INVALUABLE, as we had little idea if a given property would fit our needs or not. He was also resourceful in helping us to find other great services at good prices, such as inspections, pool services, landscaping, etc., all to help us get off to the right start. Glenn was also extremely patient and positive when we were having a hard time finding what we needed in a high pressure market.
